Teresa Stephenson, M.Ed., is the executive director at INTEGRIS Health Arcadia Trails Center for Addiction Recovery. She brings more than 27 years of experience in mental health and substance use services, with a background in residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient services, co-occurring disorders, opioid use disorder treatment, family-centered care and clinical program leadership.
Throughout her career, Stephenson has focused on strengthening treatment systems, improving quality and accountability, and expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families impacted by substance use and behavioral health challenges.
Dr. Reynolds is the medical director at INTEGRIS Health Arcadia Trails Center for Addiction Recovery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in 2020 and completed his psychiatry residency at Griffin Memorial Hospital in 2024. Before entering medicine, he earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2011, with a focus on immigration law and criminal defense. Dr. Reynolds is involved with the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry and the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, and he regularly attends legislative advocacy events with the Oklahoma Psychiatric Physicians Association and the Oklahoma State Medical Association. He also serves as assistant medical director at Griffin Memorial Hospital in Norman.
Travis Ernst, LMFT, LADC, is the Director of Clinical Services for INTEGRIS Health Arcadia Trails Center for Addiction Recovery. Travis comes to us with vast experience in behavioral health. He is dually licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). He earned a Master of Science in Human Development & Family Sciences with a Marriage and Family Therapy Specialization from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is trained in Advanced Motivational Interviewing, Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy, and Problem Gambling.
Courtney Hays, MA is the INTEGRIS Health Arcadia Trails Center for Addiction Recovery Operations Supervisor. Her focus is overseeing all front-end navigation, admissions and patient access, as well as supporting outpatient services. Courtney has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Leadership. Courtney has over ten years of experience working in the addiction field. Before joining Arcadia Trails, she served as Oklahoma County Drug and DUI Court Case Manager. She is passionate about assisting patients with a smooth transition into all levels of care at Arcadia Trails.
Jalynn Kirby, BSN, RN, is the Nurse Manager for INTEGRIS Health Arcadia Trails Center for Addiction Recovery. Jalynn earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and a second Bachelor of Science in Psychology also from the University of Oklahoma. She has 12 years of experience as a critical care Registered Nurse in the fast-paced environment of the ICU at the VA Medical Center, where she has served as a charge nurse. Jalynn also has critical care experience at Oklahoma Spine Hospital.
Naomi is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner, specializing in both family and psychiatric/mental health care. She earned her ADN from Florida State Community College, BSN from Belmont University, MSN from South University and a post-master’s certification from Washburn University. Naomi has over 18 years of nursing experience, including 13 years as a bedside RN. She joined INTEGRIS Health as a nurse practitioner in palliative care in 2020 and transitioned to psychiatric care at Arcadia Trails in 2024. Naomi is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a safe, therapeutic environment for recovery and healing.
Tawney is the Business Development Specialist, dedicated to spreading awareness about the services INTEGRIS Health Arcadia Trails Center for Addiction Recovery offers and acting as a vital liaison within the community. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education. Before joining, Tawney worked in business development at The Recovery Center and in programmatic and business development for Women's and NICU services at OU Health. She is passionate about educating the community on the importance of seeking evidence-based addiction treatment services, such as the Hazelden Betty Ford treatment model used at INTEGRIS Health Arcadia Trails Center for Addiction Recovery. Tawney believes that not all treatment is created equally and getting it right can save lives.
