There are many factors involved in determining the cost of treatment as everyone’s situation is different. Many people pay for their treatment through their health insurance and the coverage and benefits can vary from one plan to another. Our admissions team will verify your benefits and help determine the costs covered by insurance and the costs that would be your responsibility. We would also need to determine the appropriate level of care based on your specific needs, another factor that influences the cost of treatment.

There are many factors involved in determining the cost of treatment as everyone’s situation is different. We would need to determine the appropriate level of care based on your specific clinical needs through an assessment and evaluation of your situation.
Through this assessment and evaluation, we can determine whether you will require detoxification, residential treatment, or any of the various levels of outpatient treatment. We will make this determination and make the best clinical recommendation after you call us at 1-405-216-2500 and speak with one of our experts.
When you call us, we will work with you and your health insurance to verify insurance coverage and specific benefits. After, we will conduct a thorough assessment and make a clinical recommendation of the level of care and intensity that is most appropriate for you. Some health plans and insurance companies require a pre-authorization in order to cover services. We will work on your behalf to obtain authorization for the level of care recommended by our clinical team.
If treatment is authorized by your health insurance, this would usually include a few days of coverage. Our team will have to conduct reviews with your insurance company and provide updates of your clinical progress and the necessity, or not, for continued treatment at that particular level of care.
We will let you know if, and when, days are authorized or are denied. When the initial level of care is no longer needed, we can help patients move into a less intensive level of care that is covered by their health insurance, if clinically appropriate.
Treatment services at Arcadia Trails are not defined by a specific number of days. Instead, we focus on your individualized needs, which would determine the level of care we would recommend. As progress is made in your treatment journey, you would advance to different levels of care based on your specific situation and your treatment goals. We continually assess your progress and make such recommendations. Our team will communicate with your health insurance company and these updates and recommendations.
